For nearly 30 years, Chris Tosto has been at the center of the advocacy and government relations industry — building the digital engines that turn strategic intent into legislative outcomes.

His career spans the full spectrum of American political and advocacy life. Chris has worked on Capitol Hill, served on presidential campaigns, and led electoral efforts across Virginia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New Hampshire. He spent five years at a national issues advocacy firm building grassroots infrastructure from the ground up, followed by 16 years at a prominent government relations firm where he honed the institutional relationships and strategic instincts that define his practice today.

As the founder of Lobbylinx, Chris demonstrated that technology and advocacy strategy could be built — not just deployed — by practitioners who understand both worlds. That founding instinct is what drives Identifi.

For the past seven years, Chris has focused exclusively on digital advocacy and software — bridging the gap between traditional government relations and the modern digital tools that move people, mobilize movements, and influence decision-makers at every level of government.
