Message Types:

Message Frequency:

STOP Command:

To stop receiving SMS messages from Identifi, reply "STOP" to any message we send. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent to you unless you opt-in again.

HELP Command:

To receive help regarding SMS messages, reply "HELP" to any message or contact us using the information below. We will respond with additional information about our SMS program.

Consent:

By opting-in to receive SMS messages, you represent that you own the mobile number from which the SMS opt-in message is sent, or that you have obtained the permission of the owner of that number. You further agree that you will not use SMS services for unlawful purposes, or in violation of any applicable law.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Identifi's website are provided on an "as is" basis. Identifi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Identifi or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Identifi's website, even if Identifi or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
